When integrated into your daily routine, the nutrients from mushrooms synergise within your body, gaining cumulative potency and manifesting more pronounced effects through consistent and prolonged usage.

Usage: 1 gram (2 capsules) of mushroom 3 times per day with warm water. Daily dosage is 3 grams.

For extracts — 0.5-1 gram (1-2 capsules) per day with warm water.

We aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as we can. Dispatch typically occurs within 3 to 5 business days. For customers in EU countries, most shipments are sent from our European warehouse, with delivery times ranging from 3 to 10 days depending on your location.

For out-of-stock items, shipping will follow a first-come, first-served approach as soon as they are replenished. Orders placed on Fridays are dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday. We also honor all national holidays and adjust our schedule accordingly.

If an item you need is temporarily unavailable, don’t worry—it’s already en route to our European facility. Inventory is usually restocked within 10 to 16 days, and once it arrives, your order will be shipped immediately to ensure swift delivery.
