SHIPMENT INFORMATION
We strive to ship all orders out as soon as possible. Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. For deliveries to EU countries, the majority of our orders are shipped from the EU and usually arrive within 3 to 10 days, depending on the remoteness of the country.
Items that are out of stock may be shipped on a first-come-serve basis once they are back in stock. Orders placed on Friday are shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. We observe all federal holidays.
If any item is currently unavailable, you still have options. We can ship it from our warehouse in Ukraine (delivery usually takes 14-20 days due to customs) or add you to the waitlist and notify you when it's back in stock. If you're interested, contact us at support@omshroom.shop or on WhatsApp.
We do everything in our power to ensure your order is shipped smoothly and on time. However, sometimes delays can occur due to issues with the shipping company or customs processing (especially for long-distance orders).
